Faq

For booking, please send an email to our company. Once your cargo is booked with us, you should bring it to our Export office to be received and loaded onto the booked flight.

It depends upon various conditions for more details please e-mail us For booking, please email Customer Service of our company.

Please email our Export Division with the Air Way Bill details to find out the status of your cargo as per our records.

Cargo may be delayed for various reasons including:-

– volumes of cargo on that sector/route or

– booking was not done for the cargo.

Please email our Export Division with your consignment or Air Way Bill details, to find out exactly what happened.

Manifested cargo may not be received at the destination for the following reasons: – The cargo may have been manifested but not actually loaded onto the aircraft

– The cargo may have been offloaded because of weight and/or space limitations

– If the cargo was to be transshipped, it may not have been loaded onto the next aircraft

Please email our Export Division with your consignment or Air Way Bill details, to find out what our records indica

Part of a consignment may not be received for various reasons including:-

– It was offloaded due to space or weight limitations.

– The cargo was misdirected after leaving DCCPL
